Oh Sunnies! LLC. does not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges currently. All sales are final. If you have spoken with one of our associates and have a return/exchange that has been approved, kindly include that correspondence along with your original invoice. We cannot approve any returns or exchanges over 30 days old. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, no exceptions. Please make sure you have carefully reviewed your order prior to submitting/purchasing.
At this time, we are only accepting orders for items to be shipped within the Continental United States and Canada. All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Delivery times may be subject to delays in case of weekends and/or holidays. Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing and an additional 2-3 business days for delivery. *Standard delivery times may be affected during the COVID-19 outbreak.
